Subject of the contract
This contract concerns the organisation, management and effective execution of an individual package travel, pursuant to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November and Law 7/1998 of 13 April, comprising exclusively the services included and described in this document.
The trip is organised and carried out by WAYURE TRAVEL, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA (hereinafter "WAYURE") as Organiser, with registered office at Rua Fernando III o Santo 32, 15701 Santiago de Compostela (A Coruna), Spain, VAT ES B67844159, Licence XG-803, email hello@wayure.com.
The total price of the contracted trip includes only the services expressly indicated as such in this document. Any service, benefit, activity or cost not expressly indicated as included is deemed excluded from the trip price and remains at the sole expense of the Traveller.
This contract constitutes the sole valid contractual document between the parties regarding the organisation and execution of the trip.
Contracting process
This contract contains in a complete, clear and exhaustive manner all the conditions, services and characteristics of the package travel purchased by the Traveller.
No service, benefit or feature indicated in descriptive programmes, PDF documents, web pages, email communications, messages or promotional materials shall be deemed included in the trip price unless expressly stated in this contract or its annexes.
The contract is deemed concluded and legally binding for both parties following the signing by electronic signature by the Traveller and the receipt by WAYURE of the stipulated payment.
Start of operational management
WAYURE will commence the definitive operational management of the trip, including confirmation of accommodation and planned services, exclusively upon receipt of payment:
- of a deposit equal to 30% of the total price of land services, plus full payment of any included transport services, if the booking is made more than 30 days in advance;
- of the full amount of the trip, if the booking is made less than 30 days before the departure date.
In the absence of the required payments, WAYURE shall not be obliged to proceed with the confirmation or organisation of the trip. Any subsequent unavailability of services cannot be attributed to WAYURE.
Trip cost
The total cost of the trip, including all applicable taxes, is indicated on page 1 of the individual contract and represents the total consideration for the contracted services.
The trip price does not include, by way of example and without limitation:
- Tourist taxes, local charges or levies applied by accommodation facilities or local authorities, which must be paid directly by the Traveller;
- Services, activities or costs not expressly indicated as included in the contract;
- Any additional costs arising from subsequent requests or changes to the contracted services.
3.1 Conditions for minors
Any application of reduced rates for children or minors will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on age, type of trip and conditions applied by suppliers. In the absence of specific indications, the full price applies.
Payment deadlines and methods
4.1 Deadlines
At the time of booking, the Traveller is required to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total price of land services, plus the full payment of any included transport services (air tickets, rail tickets, etc.) prior to their issuance.
The balance of 70% must be paid no later than 30 days before the departure date. Failure to pay within the established deadlines shall result in automatic termination of the contract due to fault attributable to the Traveller, with application of the penalties set out in Article 9.
4.2 Variations in transport services
Should transport prices vary before final purchase, WAYURE will promptly inform the Traveller. The Traveller may accept the new amount or withdraw from the trip with application of cancellation penalties. Variations communicated to the Traveller will be limited to the actual increase applied by the carrier, without any additional surcharge by WAYURE.
4.3 Payment methods
Payments may be made by:
- Bank transfer to the indicated account details;
- Credit or debit card via Abanca virtual POS;
- Online payment platforms (e.g. Stripe) made available by WAYURE.
WAYURE will issue a receipt for each payment made.
4.4 Processing fee
Prior to signing the contract, WAYURE requires payment of a processing fee (deducted from the total cost upon signing):
| Type | Amount |
|---|---|
| Trips up to 15 days · max 5 participants | EUR 129.00 |
| Trips 16+ days or more than 5 participants | EUR 249.00 |
The fee enables WAYURE to begin searching for availability, secure travel services and cover initial organisational costs.
The processing fee is non-refundable in case of withdrawal by the Traveller, failure to sign the contract or inability to proceed for reasons attributable to the Traveller.
It will be refunded only if WAYURE is unable to find availability for the requested dates (refund within 14 working days of the withdrawal notification).
Price revision
The trip price may be subject to revision, both upwards and downwards, exclusively in the following cases:
- a) Variations in transport prices, arising from the cost of fuel or other energy sources;
- b) Variations in the level of taxes or duties on travel services (tourist taxes, port and airport duties, local authority surcharges);
- c) Variations in the exchange rate, where the price of one or more services is expressed in a currency other than the euro.
The revision may be carried out with a minimum notice of 20 days before departure, communicated clearly and with reasons to the Traveller.
Once the trip has been confirmed and the contract signed, any subsequent exchange rate variations shall not result in changes to the agreed price, which remains fixed and guaranteed by WAYURE for the entire duration of the contract.
Passports, visas and health requirements
WAYURE provides, where possible, general information on the requirements for entry into the countries of destination. Such information is of a purely informative nature and does not replace official checks.
It is the sole responsibility of the Traveller to obtain, prior to departure, all necessary documentation, including but not limited to:
- Passport valid and compliant with the requirements of the countries of destination and transit;
- Any entry visas, travel authorisations or special permits;
- Health certificates, mandatory or recommended vaccinations, medical tests.
For minor travellers (under 18 years of age), it is mandatory to hold written authorisation signed by both parents or legal guardians, where required.
Any damages, costs, penalties or repatriation arising from missing or non-compliant documentation are at the sole expense of the Traveller.

6.1 Traveller's responsibility
The Traveller acknowledges being the sole responsible for verifying up-to-date requirements and that such requirements may change at short notice. WAYURE is not responsible for changes to entry, health or security requirements occurring after the conclusion of the contract.
Contract modifications
WAYURE undertakes not to unilaterally modify the services included in this contract, unless the modifications are of an insignificant nature.
WAYURE reserves the right to modify the accommodation facilities while maintaining the categories, quality level and overall characteristics of the agreed experience, where necessary for organisational or availability reasons. Such variations, provided they comply with the agreed standards, do not constitute a significant modification of the contract.
Should significant modifications become necessary, WAYURE will notify the Traveller promptly and in writing. The Traveller acknowledges that such modifications do not grant the right to withdraw without penalties: any withdrawal shall entail the application of the penalties set out in Articles 8 and 9.
In the absence of a withdrawal notification within the prescribed deadlines, the modifications shall be deemed automatically accepted.
Contract termination
8.1 Termination by the Traveller
The Traveller may withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the trip, subject to the penalties set out in Article 9.
The termination notice must be made exclusively in writing by email to support@wayure.com, requesting confirmation of receipt from WAYURE. The date of receipt shall serve as the reference for calculating the applicable penalties.
8.2 Termination by WAYURE
Failure to pay, even partially, the amounts due within the established deadlines constitutes grounds for automatic termination of the contract, without the right to a refund of amounts already paid.
WAYURE may also terminate the contract if, before the start of the trip, it is unable to perform the contractual obligations due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances. In such case, WAYURE will refund the full amounts paid, without further compensation obligations, within the timeframes provided by applicable legislation.
Cancellation and penalties
9.1 Cancellation by the Traveller
The Traveller may cancel the trip at any time before the departure date. The cancellation must be communicated exclusively in writing to support@wayure.com and shall take effect from the date of receipt by WAYURE.
Cancellation penalties are determined based on the number of days between receipt of the notification and the departure date:
| Notice period before departure | Penalty applied |
|---|---|
| More than 30 days before e.g. 32 days before | 30% of the total price of land services, plus the full amount of any transport already purchased (including commissions and sales fees) |
| Within 30 days of departure e.g. 28 days before | 100% of the total trip cost, including all services in the contract |
Services already purchased and non-refundable by nature (air tickets, insurance, confirmed non-cancellable services) cannot under any circumstances be refunded and shall remain entirely at the Traveller's expense.
Penalties apply regardless of the reason for cancellation. If the Traveller has taken out an insurance policy with cancellation cover, any refund may be claimed exclusively from the insurance company, within the limits of the policy. WAYURE is under no obligation to refund the penalties applied.
9.2 Cancellation for reasons attributable to WAYURE
If WAYURE, before the start of the trip, is unable to perform the contract for reasons attributable to its own organisation, the contract shall be deemed terminated and WAYURE will provide a full refund of the amounts paid by the Traveller, without further compensation except as otherwise provided by applicable legislation.
Trip execution and non-conformity
WAYURE is responsible for the correct execution of all services included in the package travel, within the limits set out in Article 161 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
The Traveller is required to notify WAYURE without delay of any discrepancy or non-conformity found during the execution of the services, so that WAYURE can remedy it as quickly as possible. Notification should be made through the assistance contacts provided or, failing that, by email to support@wayure.com.
Failure to report or late reporting of any non-conformity may affect the assessment of WAYURE's liability and the Traveller's right to claim price reductions or compensation.
WAYURE shall not be liable for service failures arising from the Traveller's behaviour, acts of third parties unrelated to the contract, or unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
Exercise of rights and limitation period
The Traveller's right to take action for breach of contract or improper performance of travel services is subject to the limitation periods provided by applicable legislation on package travel.
Pursuant to Article 169 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November (consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), the limitation period is two years from the date on which the action could have been exercised.
Insolvency guarantee
WAYURE has taken out, in accordance with applicable legislation on package travel, a protection guarantee in case of insolvency, aimed at ensuring the refund of payments made by Travellers and, where necessary, their repatriation.

Complaints, disputes and jurisdiction
The Traveller may submit complaints relating to the contracted trip or the execution of the contract by contacting WAYURE at the indicated contact details. Complaints must be submitted in writing to support@wayure.com, clearly indicating the facts and attaching any supporting documentation.
WAYURE undertakes to respond to the Traveller within a reasonable timeframe, consistent with the complexity of the matter.
The parties expressly agree that, for any dispute arising from the interpretation, execution or termination of this contract, the Courts of Santiago de Compostela shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
WAYURE does not participate in any alternative dispute resolution system (conciliation, mediation, arbitration). Upon express request of the Traveller, participation may be assessed on a case-by-case basis, without any obligation on the part of WAYURE.
Insurance and coverage
WAYURE has taken out, for the trip covered by this contract, a mandatory travel insurance policy with INTERMUNDIAL, including medical coverage and sports activity insurance.
The policy number and complete documentation relating to the general, particular and special conditions of the insurance will be communicated to the Traveller after the conclusion of the contract and the effective activation of the insurance coverage.
The Traveller declares having been informed of:
- The existence and characteristics of the included insurance coverage;
- The guarantees provided, maximum amounts and any applicable deductibles;
- The exclusions, limitations and conditions of operation provided by the policy.
The included insurance, once activated, is in no way refundable, even in the event of cancellation of the trip or non-use for any reason. Any claims for refund or compensation must be submitted directly by the Traveller to the insurance company, according to the procedures provided by the policy.
Variations and additional services after signing
Any request for modification, variation or addition to the services included in the contract, made by the Traveller after signing, shall not be automatically included in the agreed price.
Such requests may entail:
- Additional costs arising from the services requested or the variations made;
- Penalties, surcharges or increases applied by suppliers, according to their contractual conditions;
- A management fee for the organisational, administrative and coordination activities carried out by WAYURE.
Modifications governed by this article include, by way of example: addition or modification of luggage transport, insertion of additional luggage on already confirmed services, changes to accommodation, transfers or activities already booked, in-trip modifications to services already underway.
WAYURE has no power to modify, reduce or cancel penalties applied by third parties. The requested modification shall only become effective following written confirmation by the Traveller and payment of the required amounts.
Independently purchased services and extraordinary assistance
WAYURE is exclusively responsible for the travel services expressly included in this contract and is in no case liable for service failures, delays, cancellations or issues relating to services purchased independently by the Traveller, even if connected to the trip covered by the contract.
Independently purchased services include:
- Air tickets, rail tickets or tickets for other means of transport;
- Transfer services, accommodation or activities not included in the contract;
- Insurance, optional services or benefits purchased directly by the Traveller from third parties.
Any requests for support or assistance relating to services not included in the contract constitute extraordinary, non-obligatory activity not included in the trip price. Should WAYURE, at its discretion, agree to provide such assistance, it shall be subject to a fee determined on a case-by-case basis, plus any additional costs.
Communications and documentation
The parties agree that email constitutes a valid and effective means of communication for the purposes of this contract, provided it is sent to the addresses indicated in the contract and effectively received by the recipient.
Any relevant communication (modifications, cancellations, complaints, assistance requests, acceptances or rejections of variations) must be made in writing by email and shall be deemed validly made on the date of receipt by the recipient.
The Traveller undertakes to provide a valid and active email address, to monitor it regularly and to verify receipt of WAYURE's communications. Communications not received due to incorrect addresses or non-functioning mailboxes cannot be attributed to WAYURE.
The Traveller declares having received, reviewed and accepted the following documentation, which forms an integral part of the contract:
- The travel programme and applicable general conditions;
- The insolvency guarantee certificate;
- Information relating to travel insurance.

In confirmation of the above, the parties declare that they have carefully read, understood and fully accepted all clauses of this contract and sign it at the place and date indicated in the title.

The Traveller acknowledges and accepts that the electronic signature affixed via Yousign has full legal validity and is equivalent, in all respects, to a handwritten signature. The contract, once electronically signed, will be transmitted to the parties in digital format and retained by WAYURE as proof of the contractual relationship.
